Jeanius (Singapore) may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Singapore dollars and all charges (except transactions via Alipay) will be processed in Singapore dollars.
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Jeanius (Singapore) will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.
Jeanius (Singapore) reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. Jeanius (Singapore) will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Jeanius (Singapore) will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If items are not available or there is a delay in delivery, Jeanius (Singapore) will notify its customers within 3 business days.
All products will be shipped via Singapore Post/Speedpost. Once payment has been received and processed, your order will be shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days* for shipping addresses in Singapore, and 7-14 business days* for shipping addresses outside Singapore. Shipping time may vary depending on your location. Jeanius (Singapore) shall not be liable for any printing errors or for any loss or damage (including but not limited to, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages) caused directly, or indirectly by the products listed on any receipt.
Jeanette Aw and her management company, Artiste Networks are not monetarily involved in all operations of Jeanius (Singapore), and shall not be accounted for all monetary matters associated with this website.

We adhere to the strict security standards related to credit card transactions online. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers — The experts at PayPal have them settled.
We stand behind the quality of our products and believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. All items are thoroughly checked and inspected before dispatch, but in the event you receive an incorrectly shipped item, please follow the Returns and Exchanges section below.
Returns and Exchanges
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given, unless an item has been incorrectly shipped. All refund/exchange requests need to be made in writing to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt following the Return/Exchange Instructions below.
We do not accept returns on any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, e.g., the item is damaged in the course of shipping.
Jeanius (Singapore) will not process refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind.
In the event of an incorrect shipment, we will need the following information before processing a return/exchange:

Which item was incorrectly shipped
Photo(s) of the parcel and items
Would you prefer a refund or an exchange
If you wish to return an incorrectly shipped item, we will credit your credit card or bank account accordingly after receiving the returned item.
Taxes (Applicable to international customers only)
If you order products for delivery to a shipping address outside Singapore, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority upon any parcel we send to you.
